Enabling Homegroup for Networking

I have disabled HomeGroup in this build for tighter security & a quicker install. With that

said, If you wish to enable it, you’ll need to go through and ensure that all the dependencies are enabled &

running. Here is a list of all the dependencies for both HomeGroup Provider & HomeGroup Listener.

I personally went through & enabled all dependencies, restarted the system & all is good
